It’s no secret that the recent quarantine measures have made it difficult for high school athletes especially football players. High school football players have been left in a state of limbo waiting to be told when they will be able to return to the field and wrap up their season. Tomorrow, December 30, 2020 players are officially allowed to return to practice and continue their season according to the MHSAA.

Previously, practices were on a seven-day pause after only three days of playing from the last COVID-19 shutdown. We are yet to see how this will impact the performance of teams as they approach their final games, but at least they are still able to play.
