Over 900 people received their Covid-19 vaccination over the weekend at the Berrien County Health Department. This round of vaccinations were primarily for people over the age of 75, however, you could still receive the vaccine if you were younger than 75 and had a spouse over 75. “We’re still prioritizing those at the highest ages,” Gillian Conrad, Spokesperson for the Health Department said in an interview with the Herald-Palladium. The process is straightforward–you simply fill out basic information and then wait until it’s your turn you step into a privacy booth where a nurse or National Guard member administers the shot. It was the most successful clinic Berrien County has done. “Having a day where we can get 800+ people through in a day, that's what we want to get to several times in a week,” Conrad said. In his interview with the Herald-Palladium.
