Magical Ice Festival set for February

On January 11, the Saint Joseph City Commission approved an application from St. Joseph today to host the yearly Magical Ice Festival. The Ice Fest will take place on February 4 and end on February 7. Some activities have been eliminated from the event because they would draw in large crowds and not reinforce social distancing.
In regards to the Chocolate 5K, all participants must wear a face mask except while they are running. There will also be multiple start times.
