Fiona Rusk

Fiona Rusk, 11 describes her style as “Lacey” due to the patterns and textures she uses on her outfits. She shops mostly at second-hand stores like Mosaic, Depop, Grailed, and also said, “I’ve really been into this online store called manymanyclothes.”

Fiona likes to take inspiration from her sister through her “individuality” and “confidence,” Pinterest, and a show — Sex and the City. When making outfits, she often layers in a similar manner of the 2010s. “I try to mix thrifted clothes that aren’t super relevant and mix them with silhouettes. I like to make them into something that would be popular today.” Fiona said. 

Ramzi Dumke

Ramzi Dumke, 12 describes his style as “Classic.” He often shops for clothes at second-hand stores like Goodwill and Depop, and occasionally gets his jeans from PacSun. He is also fond of his dad’s old clothes. Ramzi prefers to buy his shoes from the brand’s retail stores. “I like to get my shoes from the people who make them,” Ramzi said.

“I emulate the 90s and take inspiration from shows like Seinfeld,” Ramzi said, when asked what inspires his fashion choices. Ramzi likes to combine styles to create grunge and All American looks, mixing a little “Old Money” in too.
