Football Season Comes to An End

Trailing 20-6 at halftime, the Bears tried to claw their way back into the game against rival Lakeshore to no avail. Lakeshore hung on to win 20-15 despite a late game rally by St. Joseph. The Bears defeated the Lancers earlier in the year 35-0, but this game was much different.

Although the season ended in a heartbreaking loss, many still felt proud of their season. “Most people felt it was a rebuilding year, but it wasn’t. It was a year to regroup and dominate,” Max Kesterke, 12 said.
