LSJ Hockey team headed to championships

Local hockey team collective, Lakeshore-St. Joseph Hockey (LSJ), is headed to their championship as part of the Indiana High School 3A Conference. The team held a COVID-19 friendly drive-thru parade in the Garden Ice Arena parking lot yesterday, where parents, peers, and other members of the public could see the team and wish them luck in the championship, as advertised on the LSJ Warriors Facebook page.

SJHS students on the varsity team are seniors Lucas Schaub, Blaine Hooks, Caelan Smusz, Alexander Penner, Logan Langmeyer, Evan Boes, Nathan Hosbein, Andrew Barlow and juniors Finn Stockton and Campbell Shell. Their first game will be Saturday in Zionsville.
