The Big Ten Tournament begins

Basketball fans rejoice as conference tournaments return in full swing. After getting canceled last year due to Covid-19, all basketball tournaments including the Big Ten tournament have returned. Both Michigan and Michigan State are in the same bracket and have the potential to face each other on Friday at 11:30 am which may excite many basketball fans at St. Joe.

The tournament will begin March 10, at 6:00 PM with Northwestern and Minnesota. For the first time all year, Big Ten is allowing fans to attend the games in Indianapolis. Before only the families of the players were able to attend regular-season games. Now it’s 25 percent capacity first come first serve to attend tournament games. All other conferences followed suit with their own set of similar rules.
