Nosh Village, an Asian fusion location, has opened its doors just inside Diary Korner on Lakeview Avenue. Nosh Village was previously known as a food truck but is now in a  stationary location. Their grand opening was May 12, and since then they have sold items such as sushi rolls, egg rolls, and rice noodle salads. Nosh Village is currently a virtual kitchen and strictly doing to-go only due to limited dining options.

Lauren Tibbitts, a Nosh Village customer, states this location as a “great little fusion spot” and enjoyed the rice noodle salad she consumed.

The concept of Nosh Village was created by Ryan Carragher and is now operated by employees in a To-Go style location. According to The Nosh Village website, Carragher had a goal of “a unique addition of on-the-go food options to St.Joseph and surrounding areas.”
